Using RFM

RFM is an affordable film project management workspace designed for independent filmmakers and small production teams. It replaces the mix of Drive folders, file links and messages, that many creators use to manage projects.

Google Drive is built to store files. Most filmmakers end up building their own system of folders, naming rules, links, and email threads to keep projects organised.

RFM is built specifically for film projects. It keeps scripts, media, crew, versions, and pitches connected automatically - so you don’t have to manage the structure yourself or send multiple links to show the full picture.

Yes. RFM works fully on mobile, so you can manage film projects, review updates, and share links directly from your phone.

No for view-only links - recipients can open and view what you share, whether it’s an interactive pitch or part of a project, without logging in. Yes for collaboration - if you’re working together, you can create a freelancer account and control exactly which projects, or parts of projects, they can view, edit or discuss in-app.

Yes. RFM is built for independent filmmakers and small teams who are currently managing projects across Drive folders, file-transfer links, email, and messaging apps. It gives you structure without introducing heavy production software or complicated workflows.

Yes. Shared project links update automatically when you make changes, so recipients always see the latest version. You can also switch links off at any time.

Finance

Admin Users have edit access to the entire system and are not free. Freelance Users can view, edit, or delete Projects that Admin Users assign to them. Freelance Users are free.

The FREE account gives access to all RFM features but is limited to 5 Projects, 1 Admin User, 10 GB of data, and expires after 14 days.
The PRO account is a paid monthly plan with access to all features, up to 300 GB of data, and 2 Admin Users.

Yes. PRO customers can purchase additional storage.

Yes. PRO customers can purchase additional Admin Users.

Yes. FREE and PRO customers can cancel their account at any time.
